End of Day Wellbeing Prayer


This short reflection aims to help you centre on peace, giving room for expression of emotion.  If you used a ring for waking prayer, please do use a ring again now for the End of Day Wellbeing Prayer.  If it is helpful, please do light a candle. You will also need a pen and paper that you can leave by your bed  to use again for the Waking Wellbeing Prayer.
