Charity Christmas Cards For Sale
This year the Moot Community and the Guild Church of St Mary Aldermary have joined forces with Card Aid to sell Christmas Cards whilst raising money for Charities and the Church.

Opening Times
We are open to sell Cards Mon to Fri, 10am to 6pm Every day in the Church. So please do drop in to buy cards. You can order cards over the net and by email with us.

Delivery Policy
Our Cards are on sale in the Church Christmas Card Shop. Why not just drop in. You can order cards via our order page or via email on our virtual terminal, but in all these situations you will need to come in to collect them from the church. If you have ordered cards by our website or via email, we aim to deliver ordered cards within 5 working days.
Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
If Cards that have been opened are proved to be printed badly or at fault of printing, please do return them to our card shop where you will be given a replacement pack of cards. You must contact us within 10 working days to raise a replacement if cards are printed badly. If you have ordered cards by our online ordering service or by virtual terminal email orders, then you will be able to cancel this in the first hour after the order. All monies will be refunded in this instance. All the cards on display have been checked to ensure that they are not damaged at the point of sale. So for all non-printing problems, it will be assumed that cards have been damaged after purchase.

The Moot Community at the Guild Church of St Mary Aldermary is a Voluntary Sector Church organisation. As such, monies raised from the Sales of our Christmas Cards go to support the work of this Church and the charities specified. Privacy Policy
Financial information provided at the point of sale will not be held by the Moot Community or the Guild Church of St Mary Aldermary. Online payments will be made through the secure paypal website, and any payment information provided there will be securely saved and not transferred to any other data base or computer. The Moot Community and Guild Church of St Mary Aldermary seek to fully comply with the Data Protection Act of the UK and national privacy laws.
