CANCELLED due to Coronavirus: Morning Meditation

This is an opportunity for those who want to meditate before starting work. As with the other Moot Meditation sessions this will be anĀ  anchor word meditation. This is open to people who are seasoned meditators or those who have never done it before. Morning Meditation takes place on Tuesdays at 8am.

We also have regular Meditation sessions on Monday and Friday lunchtimes (at noon) and Wednesday evening at 6.30pm. Please see the Events page of the website for a full list of events.
